Return Policy

Please check your spelling carefully, we cannot be responsible for customer spelling errors. In the event an error is made on the part of Redwood Engraving, a replacement will be expedited. Returns for any reason must be approved within 15 days upon receipt. 

LOGO REPRODUCTION, TRADEMARKS AND ADVERTISING 

Customers requesting products with trademarked logos represent they have the authority to use such trademark. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine any/all vendor choice guidelines and specifications when applicable. Customers authorize Redwood Engraving to use images and samples of products in marketing and advertising, and to be listed as a  Redwood Engraving. Customer contacts will not be released without prior approval.
